Please read these terms carefully before using the Earlyjob platform.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Earlyjob platform operated by Earlyjob Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Earlyjob. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4.Use of the platform

Earlyjob provides a platform that curates and lists roles from early-stage startups and facilitates connections between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any employer or candidate.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to post false information, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5.Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform, excluding content you submit, are owned by or licensed to Earlyjob and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earlyjob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
